Why Zackare started ImplementIQ
Before ImplementIQ, my work was building the KPI dashboards and supply-chain analytics that hospital operations teams rely on to make real-time decisions — the kind of reporting where a bad number means a bad shift, not a bad quarter. That work taught me a simple lesson: a business doesn't improve because someone told it what to fix. It improves because someone built the system that makes the fix automatic.
Outside of that world, I've done the hands-on ops work too — the kind where you're the one closing the gap between how a process is supposed to work and how it actually works on a Tuesday afternoon. That combination is what ImplementIQ is built on: real analytics discipline, and real comfort in the operational weeds.
Small and mid-sized businesses get the short end of both worlds. Big consulting firms sell them frameworks they don't have the staff to execute.
